PAUA Poppetts Fees

We understand that you are busy and it can often seem like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done, so we take the hassle out of employing a Nanny.

Permanent Nanny

Our Nanny Recruitment Fee is $950.00 (incl GST). 

We guarantee the placement for six weeks and should your Nanny not work out we will replace the Nanny. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 14 days, we will refund a portion of the fee calculated in accordance with the length of time that the Nanny was employed by you (for example, if the Nanny worked for you for three weeks, we will refund you 50% of the fee).

We will advise you of the fees applicable to your situation when placing your Nanny.

There are no fees payable if we do not place a Nanny with you.

Job descriptions

Current employment law dictates that along with an employment contract, anyone you hire requires an accurate job description and we have always found this to be a critical part of candidate selection. Our Family Application effectively becomes your draft job specification. This is an important part of the recruitment process as where there has not been a common understanding of work requirements, there is a 68% chance your employee will leave within four months.
