Do you have an actual shop?

Yes,  PAUA Products is in Whanganui at 185 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui. We are open 9-4 Monday to Friday and can open outside of these hours if required with prior arrangement.  Make sure you follow our Facebook page as we go live on any days we open in the weekend!
  

Do you offer layby services?

Yes we do. Happy to layby. The guidelines are 20% deposit and payment over 6 weeks.
 

Do you gift wrap ?

Absolutely no problem. We offer free gift wrapping on all purchases.
 

Are your products good quality?

Our products are sourced from very reputable suppliers and are of the highest quality. We specialise in wooden products, but do have some high quality plastic in our ranges. We offer products that are not often seen in other stores and are always thinking of the Educational element to a product as well as the appearance of it.

Of course, we welcome any enquiries by calling us on 0800728277 and we are happy to assist.
 

I live overseas but would like to purchase for a grandchild in NZ, can you help?

It is our pleasure to help with suggestions or enquiries to make this as easy as possible for our customers. You can purchase online and we can arrange gift-wrapping and courier service direct to your grandchild. We can even fill out a birthday card on your behalf and send this attached to the parcel. We are a one-stop shop and our aim is to provide best customer service for our valued customers.

Do you have products that would suit children with specific learning difficulties?

Yes. We try to always stock products that help with many aspects of learning difficulties. These products are always purchased with consideration and with specific learning challenges in mind. If we don’t have something that suits a specific need, we are happy to work alongside you with what you would like to see and offer
