Kia ora, I am Visiting Teacher for PAUA in the Whanganui/Rangitikei area and am excited to be part of the team. I am married with five children; two boys and three girls and one grandchild.

I studied a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education through Te Rito Maioha Palmerston North, and have been a teacher for the past 10 years.

I’m very passionate about ECE and love to work with families and their tamariki, helping them to fulfil their desires and aspirations as a whānau. I have had experience working in all sectors of ECE – Kindergarten, Private, and my most recent before coming onboard with PAUA was working at a Pasifika Centre. This was a fabulous experience and has helped me to understand multicultural/bicultural aspects of ECE. I look forward to working and building relationships with Educators and their PAUA tamariki and whānau.

In my spare time I love to sing and be creative with my hands, making anything and everything. I hang with my girls who are still at home, go to church on Sunday, and in the summer love to go to the beach and the local lake.
